Yes, we have a 14 days no-questions-asked refund policy for the Bronze and Silver plans. If you’re not satisfied with our service within 14 days of your order, we can refund your entire amount.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are NO hidden costs. You only pay the amount you see. We also do not make you sign a contract. Billing will be done monthly, and you can cancel your plan anytime.

Can I cancel my plan anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time; however, you need to give us 30 days’ notice to stop the work and billing.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you want. Simply contact us for the same.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, there is no contract. The billing is also monthly. We only request 30 days notice to cancel your subscription with us.

What exactly is social media consultation?

All our plans include one initial social media consultation. Once you order your plan, our representative will consult you and help you get started to help you make the best use of our services.

What is included in animated videom creation?

Our platinum plan includes one animated video creation. We’ll create a custom animated video, around 60-90 seconds in length, to promote your products and services on social media. This video will be used to promote your brand on social media to increase traffic to your website and bring in new sales.

What is the call to action via snip.ly?

Our Silver, Gold and Platinum plans include a call-to-action widget for all the curated content that we share. The call-to-action widget will be added via http://www.snip.ly.

What is included in SEO blog writing?

Our content experts will write and publish blog articles of up to 500 words each on your website, which are search engines optimised for your keywords and topics. Will I have to provide my login details?

Yes, you will need to provide the login details for Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram for us to start posting content.
For other networks like Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, and YouTube, you can make us the ‘manager/editor’ of the page, which does not require providing the login details.

After ordering, when will you start working?

Once you order your plan, we will start working on your accounts within three working days. Make sure that you give us the access to your social accounts after you order.
If you wish us to create the social accounts for you, then we’ll create accounts for you and start working within three working days.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we’ll be happy to offer 10-20% off on our standard prices if you wish to pay in advance for 3-6 months or wish to order multiple plans. Simply contact us for the same.

I usually have promotions and offers for my business, do you promote that?

Yes, we do. You will just have to email your account manager. Your account manager will create and schedule the social media posts.

What are Facebook Ads and what are their benefits?

Our Silver, Gold and Platinum plans include Facebook advertising budget and management. With this, we’ll create and manage your Facebook ad campaigns for your Facebook page/website/app and will spend the included budget for the growth of engagement, likes, traffic or leads.

How relevant is the social content you create?

All the content that we’ll post on your social media accounts will be exclusively crafted for your business by a trained content specialist to engage your audience.

My business is a big business, can you handle that?

Yes, we can. Feel free to order any of our plans or contact us for a quote. Though our focus is on small and medium scale businesses, we’re open to working with a company of any size.

How will you know about my business?

After you order your social media marketing plan, we’ll ask you a few quick questions about your business. Your answers will help your account manager understand what you do, your industry, target audience, brand voice, etc. With that information, your account manager will research your website, previous social media posts, related links and about everything else that is required for content creation. They will also email you giving an idea about the content we’ll be posting to get your feedback.

I do not have any social media accounts, can you create those for me?

Yes, sure we can. Creating and optimising social media accounts is included in our pricing.

I’m very specific regarding the content to be posted on social media. What if I don’t like what you’re posting?

Your social media account manager will be posting content on your profiles as per the details you submitted and the discussions with you. Hence, usually, the content we publish is in-line with your ideas. But, if you don’t like any piece of content created by us, you can just notify the same to your account manager and we’ll take care of it.

We encourage our clients to give us the feedback about content as often as possible. Let it be good or bad. We always want to make sure that our posting style matches your brand voice on social media.
